These positions seek to enhance grievance redressal, gender mainstreaming, and social safeguard mechanisms within Punjab’s land management systems. Available Job Positions:
1. Grievance Redressal Officer
- Posts: 01
- Education: Minimum 16 years in Public Administration, Sociology, Social Work, or related Social Sciences.
- Experience: At least 4 years post-qualification in complaint management, grievance redressal, or customer service.
2. Grievance Redressal Officer – GRMIS
- Posts: 01
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science from an HEC-recognized institute.
- Experience: 4+ years in system administration, user management, or helpdesk support—experience with grievance platforms preferred.
3. Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Associate
- Posts: 01
- Education: 16 years in Gender Studies, Sociology, Social Work, or Law.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in GBV/SEA/SH safety protocols, complaint handling, and training. Preference for those with donor-funded project experience.
4. Gender Associate
- Posts: 01
- Education: 16 years in Gender Studies, Sociology, Social Work, or Law.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in gender mainstreaming, project planning, and awareness activities. World Bank project experience preferred.
5. Social Safeguard Associate
- Posts: 01
- Education: Master’s in Social Sciences, Sociology, Agriculture, or Environmental Sciences.
- Experience: At least 3 years in environmental and social safeguards in donor-funded projects (preferably World Bank).
